ClassIc Relaxation
Light Touch Swedish treatment is a soothing therapy that uses long, rhythmic, strokes to relax and rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. May be adapted to benefit a range of medical, physical or psychological conditions.
Firm/Deep Tissue
Deep tissue targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Stretching, kneading, and concentrated penetration of muscle tissue can help relieve pain and tension associated with overuse or injury. Issues ranging from cramps and spasms, to a clenched jaw or "frozen" shoulder may benefit.
Sports
Sports combines orthopedic stretching with targeted therapeutic techniques. It is an essential addition to any athletic training program and aids in the conditioning of sport-minded individuals by increasing flexibility, improving circulation, and relieving muscle tightness to help improve performance and prevent injury.
Pediatric Touch Therapy & Teen Sports
Comprehensive therapy for children 3 through 17 years of age with certified pediatric therapist. All children welcome! Adapted protocol for medical, physical or psychological considerations. Specialties include Touch Therapy for Autism and Sport therapy.
Cranial Sacral
Gentle touch therapy aimed at balancing the central nervous system to improve health. Relief for hard to treat conditions such as migraines, fibromyalgia, seasonal allergies, anxiety and other physical or psychological disorders have been documented.
